Credentials: Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL-H), 18,000+ flight hours, former Squadron Leader in the Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU), Type-rated on Airbus H130, H135, and Bell 429.
Bio: Captain Iwan is the guardian of our safety culture. His military background instilled a discipline and meticulous attention to detail that defines our flight operations. With unparalleled knowledge of Indonesia’s complex airspace and challenging terrain, from the peaks of Papua to the volcanic craters of Java, he personally vets every route and landing zone. Captain Iwan leads our pilot training and ensures our operations not only meet but exceed all DGCA regulations.
Sofia Wijaya
Head of Client Experience & Concierge
Credentials: Master’s in Hospitality Management from École hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), Certified Travel Industry Specialist (CTIS), speaks fluent English, French, Japanese, and Bahasa Indonesia.
Bio: Sofia is the architect of our clients’ dreams. With a background managing VIP services at five-star resorts across Asia, she possesses an innate ability to anticipate needs and curate highly personalized itineraries. Her ‘black book’ of contacts unlocks doors to private villas, exclusive cultural ceremonies, and meetings with local artisans that are off-limits to the public. Sofia and her team are the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience from start to finish.
Dian Lestari
Safety & Compliance Manager
Credentials: Certified Safety Management Systems (SMS) Auditor, ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor, former inspector with the Indonesian DGCA (Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara).
Bio: Dian is responsible for the rigorous, behind-the-scenes work that underpins our safety record. She manages our internal audit programs, liaises with regulatory bodies like AirNav Indonesia and BASARNAS (National Search and Rescue Agency), and ensures every aspect of our operation is documented and compliant.
